First Call will provide the right number of bartenders for the amount of guest you expect. Our professional bartenders come equipped with the proper bar tools and are good at what we do. We'll show up early setup the bar area with all the necessary items such as: barware, glass/plastic ware, napkins, mixers, and garnishes. Prior to the event we can help you pick out the alcohol that you will need to purchase and pick it up if necessary. By the time your guest arrive we will be ready to serve. We stay until the party is over and the last guest has left. We will take down the bar area and clean up so you don't have to. We're Cincinnati based, but we've bartended parties as far as LA , Chicago, and New York; so don't hesitate to inquire.

Our Competitive Pricing Rates (Effective May 10, 2022)

$50 per hour for each fully INSURED professional bartender with a 5 hour minimum. Mileage fees may apply.

Rates are $55 - $60 during peak holiday dates or with last minute bookings. Prices are subject to change. Please call for details.

Cancellation Policy

We know things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel an engagement with First Call Bartending and Catering Services LLC please let us know as soon as possible to avoid incurring a fee. Cancellations the day of a scheduled event will result in the full cost being charged.
